They sent a very knowledgeable guy out who answered all our questions to inspect and came back the very next morning after we decided to go ahead with it. Michael is always super responsive and helpful.  Even our "oddball"  pest issues are no problem for him.  If he can't address something (like the time a squirrel actually got into my laundry room!!) he has a great network and was able to recommend someone who helped us right away.

I have a severe allergy to fire ants and he takes it very serious and always ensures the best treatment of them. He asks frequently how things are going and will come out if needed.
