Termite Inspections

Protecting your home from termites starts with awareness.

If you’re concerned that termites may be damaging the wood in or around your property, our thorough and reliable termite inspection services are here to help.

Why Termite Inspections Matter

Termites are small, but the damage they cause is significant, accounting for billions of dollars in property losses each year.

Routine termite inspections are a crucial part of home maintenance, helping detect activity early before costly structural damage occurs.

A proactive inspection can save you time, money, and stress while ensuring your home remains safe and protected.

How Much Does Termite Treatment Cost?

At Paladin Pest Control, we believe in upfront, transparent pricing. That’s why we list as much as possible on our website, so you’re never left guessing what something might cost.

Termite services, however, are one area where pricing truly depends on several important factors. The cost can vary based on infestation severity, termite species, the size and layout of the property, soil and ground conditions, and whether the home needs active treatment, preventative protection, or ongoing monitoring.

Because every structure is different, we can’t responsibly post one flat price online. What we can do is give you a general range so you have a realistic expectation.

General Price Range

Most traditional trench-and-treat applications typically range from $6–$8 per linear foot.

Areas that require drilling through concrete or specialized access may range from $15–$20 per linear foot.

These ranges are meant to provide a rough idea, but your quote may be different, and it is often much lower.

The best first step is a no-pressure inspection. In many cases, we find no active infestation at all.

When that happens, we’re happy to simply offer guidance and peace of mind. Serving our community with honesty matters more to us than making a sale.

Commercial Pest Control

Commercial Inspections

Commercial termite inspections have a $150 inspection charge.

Commercial properties are typically more involved than residential properties and often require significantly more time, preparation, and planning.

Our technicians may need to evaluate larger structures, multiple buildings or areas, unique access points, existing pest-management conditions, and other factors that can affect how termite treatment should be designed.

The inspection allows us to properly evaluate the property and develop an appropriate treatment plan rather than simply providing a quick visual inspection.

Why Is There a $150 Commercial Fee?

The $150 fee helps cover the time and expertise required to thoroughly evaluate a commercial property and determine the best course of action.

Commercial termite protection often requires more than identifying signs of termites, it requires understanding the structure, identifying potential entry points and conducive conditions, and developing a treatment approach that makes sense for the property.

We believe you deserve a thorough evaluation and a well-planned solution, not a rushed inspection.

Your Inspection Fee Goes Toward Treatment

If you choose Paladin Pest Control for your commercial termite service, the full $150 inspection fee is applied toward the cost of your treatment.

That means if you move forward with us, you don’t pay an additional inspection fee on top of your treatment. The $150 you’ve already invested in having the property properly evaluated goes directly toward protecting it.

We believe this approach allows us to give commercial customers the same level of care and attention we would expect when protecting our own property.

What to Expect During a Termite Inspection

Our licensed technicians will perform a detailed examination of both the interior and exterior of your home.

We carefully assess areas where termites are most likely to appear, inspecting for signs such as mud tubes, damaged or hollowed wood, and discarded wings.

Our goal is to detect any current activity or vulnerabilities that could lead to future infestations.

After Your Termite Inspection

If termite activity is discovered, we will clearly explain our findings and provide customized treatment recommendations designed to effectively eliminate the problem and protect your property.

If no issues are found, we’ll discuss proactive preventive solutions to maintain your home’s long-term protection and your peace of mind.

    Why is termite treatment important?
Termite treatment is crucial because termites can cause extensive structural damage to buildings by feeding on wood and other cellulose materials, leading to costly repairs and potential safety hazards. Early and effective termite treatment helps prevent infestations, safeguarding property value, and ensuring the structural integrity and longevity of homes and other structures.

    Can I treat termites myself?
Treating termites yourself is possible, but it can be challenging and often less effective than professional treatment. DIY methods, such as bait stations and liquid treatments, require precise application and ongoing monitoring to be successful. However, termite infestations can be extensive and hidden, making it difficult for non-professionals to fully eradicate the colony. For the best results and to ensure complete termite elimination, it's generally advisable to seek the expertise of a licensed pest control professional.

    How do termites damage homes?
Termites damage homes by feeding on wood and other cellulose-based materials, causing extensive structural harm. They create intricate networks of tunnels inside walls, floors, and foundations, weakening the integrity of the building. Over time, this can lead to sagging floors, hollowed-out wood, and compromised structural stability, necessitating costly repairs and posing serious safety risks.
