Do I have to pay for anything with this certificate?
No. Your real estate agent has provided this service as a gift, and you do not have to pay anything.
Make sure you have your certificate available at the time of treatment.
Do I have to become a customer of Paladin Pest Control or sign any contracts?
No. You do not have to become a client of Paladin Pest control or sign any contracts. However, you will have to sign a note giving us permission to treat you property. This is required by the state.
But there is no charge for this free gift.
Also, Paladin Pest Control is one of the few pest companies that doesn’t use contracts. We keep our customers by the quality of our work.
Are you going to try and sell me more services?
After your home inspection, a technician will talk with you about how you can best protect your home in the future. This will include details about our services, costs, and options.
But this is not a sales pitch, and there is no expectation that you will buy anything from us.
Our goal is simply to provide awareness about what we offer, give you prices in case you are interested, and then treat your home at no charge.
You will be visited by a licensed pest technician, not a sales person.
Will you need to enter my home for this treatment?
Our multi-step treatments can usually be done entirely on the exterior of your home.
This means you don’t have to worry about tidying up inside, especially since we know how busy your home can be after a big move.
However, you do need to be home for this service.
Does this free treatment include your pest-free warranty?
No, this free treatment does not include our pest-free warranty. This is just a one-time service for your new home.
