Ben Green grew up right here in Buda, TX, in a house that had so many bugs, it could’ve qualified as a wildlife preserve. (It’s no surprise he’s made it his mission to help families live pest-free!)

Today, Ben keeps Paladin Pest Control running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure everything clicks into place like a well-oiled machine.

Business Development Representative

Hi, I’m Cassie, the Business Development Representative for our team! After spending five years away from the pest control industry, I’m excited to be back helping connect our community with solutions that protect homes, businesses, and the environment we all share.

Outside of work, I’m a proud partner and parent to an energetic two-year-old who keeps life fun and adventurous. My background as a scientist, combined with my love of nature, gives me a unique appreciation for the balance between protecting people from pests and caring for the ecosystems around us.

One of the things I value most about our company is our commitment to responsible, environmentally conscious pest management. I believe we can safeguard homes and businesses while also being good stewards of our local environment.

I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our community, build relationships with local businesses and families, and help connect people with solutions that make their lives easier. If you see me out and about, please stop and say hello!

Hi, my name is Hannah! I’m the Customer Service Representative here, and I’m proud to be part of a team that helps our customers feel comfortable and cared for in their homes and businesses.

I grew up in Austin, but these days I’ve put down roots in the Hill Country. When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my three dogs, enjoying a day out on the lake, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. 

I genuinely enjoy helping people and making the experience as smooth and stress free as possible. Being able to support customers and be a friendly, reliable point of contact is something I take a lot of pride in.

Alex Hornbaker

Pest Control Specalist

Hi, I’m Alex! I grew up in Chicago, where I learned the value of hard work, good people, and taking pride in serving others. After spending time serving in the United States Marine Corps, I brought that same discipline and attention to detail into pest control, helping families keep their homes safe, comfortable, and pest-free.

When I’m not out servicing the local community, I’m usually spending time with my wife and daughter, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, relaxing with some gaming, or visiting the Renissance Festival.

I genuinely enjoy meeting new people and helping neighbors solve problems, whether it’s a small nuisance or a bigger pest issue.

I’m proud to serve this community and look forward to helping keep your home protected year-round!
