Meet the Team at Paladin Pest Control
Michael Flournoy
Founder, Owner, and Pest Technician
Michael is the owner and primary technician at Paladin Pest Control. He’s been in the pest control industry for over 20 years, protecting his neighbors in the Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos area from horrible little bugs.
At work his days are spent outwitting unwelcome critters and ensuring protection and peace of mind for his clients.
Frank Pedraza
Co-owner and Pest Technician
Frank Pedraza is from New Braunfels and he’s the kind of guy you want on your side — whether you’re battling bugs or just need someone who genuinely cares. As a trained nurse, Frank knows what it means to take care of people. As a pest control technician, he knows how to get the job done right.
He’s also fluent in Spanish, making it easy for him to connect with even more families in our community.
Ben Green
Co-owner and Office Support
Ben Green grew up right here in Buda, TX, in a house that had so many bugs, it could’ve qualified as a wildlife preserve. (It’s no surprise he’s made it his mission to help families live pest-free!)
Today, Ben keeps Paladin Pest Control running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure everything clicks into place like a well-oiled machine.
