Michael Flournoy
Founder, Owner, and Pest Technician
Michael is the owner and primary technician at Paladin Pest Control. He’s been in the pest control industry for over 20 years, protecting his neighbors in the Buda, Kyle, and San Marcos area from horrible little bugs.
At work his days are spent outwitting unwelcome critters and ensuring protection and peace of mind for his clients.
Ben Green
Co-owner and Office Support
Ben Green grew up right here in Buda, TX, in a house that had so many bugs, it could’ve qualified as a wildlife preserve. (It’s no surprise he’s made it his mission to help families live pest-free!)
Today, Ben keeps Paladin Pest Control running smoothly behind the scenes, making sure everything clicks into place like a well-oiled machine.
Cassie Alexander
Business Development Representative
Hi, I’m Cassie, the Business Development Representative for our team! After spending five years away from the pest control industry, I’m excited to be back helping connect our community with solutions that protect homes, businesses, and the environment we all share.
Outside of work, I’m a proud partner and parent to an energetic two-year-old who keeps life fun and adventurous. My background as a scientist, combined with my love of nature, gives me a unique appreciation for the balance between protecting people from pests and caring for the ecosystems around us.
One of the things I value most about our company is our commitment to responsible, environmentally conscious pest management. I believe we can safeguard homes and businesses while also being good stewards of our local environment.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to serve our community, build relationships with local businesses and families, and help connect people with solutions that make their lives easier. If you see me out and about, please stop and say hello!
Hannah Hays
Customer Support Representative
Hi, my name is Hannah! I’m the Customer Service Representative here, and I’m proud to be part of a team that helps our customers feel comfortable and cared for in their homes and businesses.
I grew up in Austin, but these days I’ve put down roots in the Hill Country. When I’m not working, I’m usually spending time with my three dogs, enjoying a day out on the lake, or experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
I genuinely enjoy helping people and making the experience as smooth and stress free as possible. Being able to support customers and be a friendly, reliable point of contact is something I take a lot of pride in.
Stephen Jenkins
Pest Control Specalist
Stephen Jenkins has always had a love for animals, although his definition of a pet might be a little different than most!
At home, Stephen is married and the proud dad of two daughters. His family also shares their lives with snakes, a tortoise, a tarantula, cats, and dogs.
Today, Stephen’s passion for animals continues to be a big part of who he is, and we’re happy to feel his love for the outdoors and wildlife in our team culture.
Ron Wilson
Pest Control Specalist
Ron brings more than 30 years of pest control experience to the Paladin team, with extensive knowledge in general pest control, termites, and lawn and ornamental services.
But there’s more to Ron than his years of experience. He’s a lifelong animal lover who has rescued many over the years. At home, Ron and his high school sweetheart enjoy life with their cats and dogs.
Ron’s combination of experience, genuine care for people and animals, and down-to-earth personality makes him a great addition to the Paladin family.
We’re excited to have him on the team!
