Michael is always super responsive and helpful.  Even our "oddball"  pest issues are no problem for him.  If he can't address something (like the time a squirrel actually got into my laundry room!!) he has a great network and was able to recommend someone who helped us right away.

I have a severe allergy to fire ants and he takes it very serious and always ensures the best treatment of them. He asks frequently how things are going and will come out if needed. The bugs were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced! Michael explained everything thoroughly and ever since the first treatment, we have had no bug problems!
